Foodrunners / Buspersons

Forty 1° North is seeking experienced foodrunners & buspersons. Responsibilities include clearing tables, resetting & restocking the various dining rooms, assisting the Chef & kitchen staff in set up & delivery of breakfast, lunch & dinner menus to all dining & hotel rooms. This position requires a positive attitude and friendly, professional demeanor. Seasonal and year-round positions available.

Sous Chefs - Hotel & Grill

Minimum 5 years of related culinary experience. Exposure to the Starr Restaurant Group, China Grill Management or Union Square Hospitality Group is a plus. Strong leadership, excellent communication and organizational skills are a must. Seasonal & year round positions available.

Front Office / Guest Services - Hotel

This position requires impeccable attention to detail and a desire to be part of an organization whose priority is to provide the highest standard of service and optimal guest experience. Guest Service Agents must possess a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests. Guest Service Agents must have the ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and be able to problem solve in order to effectively deal with internal and external guests. Previous hospitality and hotel front office experience is required. Seasonal and year-round positions available.

Doormen / Valet Parking - Hotel

This position requires impeccable attention to detail and a desire to be part of an organization whose priority is to provide the highest standard of service and an optimal guest experience. Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis, push and pull carts/equipment weighing up to 250 lbs., be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill cleaning and luggage handling. Previous hospitality & hotel front office experience is required. Seasonal and year-round positions available.

Marina Staff - Marina

Forty 1° North is seeking team members for yacht detailing and assistance with small boat management. Launch license a plus. Opportunity to be land-based, but remains in the yachting community. Seasonal positions only.
