Fermentation Class:
Wines of Tuscany
Wednesday, September 25th | 6:30 PM
One could argue that Piedmont makes more noble wines, but no region is as popular as Tuscany. The landscape, the history, the art, the climate and the wines enchant us. Tuscany makes a lot of fantastic everyday whites and reds meant to be enjoyed at the table as we will see, but also produces very fine “important wines”. It’s a vast array, but we will taste a snapshot of the wonders of Tuscan wine accompanied by small plates from our kitchen.
